Known for his hands-on skill and natural curiosity, Michael has always had a knack for fixing things and understanding how they work. His military service sharpened his attention to detail, discipline, and integrity. Values that now, guide every aspect of the company.
A devoted husband and father, Michael also enjoys deep-sea fishing in his free time. He built Precision Industrial Elevator from the ground up alongside his brother, with a simple mission: Provide Virginia with honest, dependable elevator service done right the first time.

Eheren Amarell
Co-Founder Mechanic/Nuclear EngineerEhren Amarell is the Brother of Michael Amarell and co-founder of
Precision Industrial Elevator.
Driven by perseverance, discipline, and an unwavering work ethic, Ehren followed his brother into military service before forging his own path as a Nuclear Engineer at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard, where he spent over nine years in one of the most safety critical environments in the world.
When Michael set out to build Precision Industrial Elevator, Ehren trusted the mission and joined him bringing engineering rigor, resilience, and a “don’t stop” mindset to help build the company from the ground up.
